Six berths in three cabin areas. Starting in the forward cabin, there is a double berth with storage space underneath. On the starboard side of the cabin is a large hanging locker and opposite this is an ensuite toilet compartment which has a manual sea toilet, shower and sink with storage space underneath. Moving out of this cabin, directly on the left-hand side is the galley area; this consists of a stainless steel sink with hot & cold water, a four burner gas hob, large Isotherm refrigerator, gas oven & grill, microwave and surrounding this area is plenty of storage space. Opposite the galley area is a very large locker for storage.

Moving aft and up two steps in to the saloon area; on the starboard side is a very large U-shaped sofa with a dining table; this can also convert in to a double berth using a separate infill stored under the aft bed. On the port-hand side is a small seating area. Based at the end of this seating arrangement are two cupboard doors which conceal a built in refrigerator.

Moving aft out of the saloon and down two steps; on the right-hand side is the second toilet compartment which consists of an electric sea toilet connected to holding tank, sink with hot & cold water and plenty of storage space underneath. There is a second door in this compartment leading to the aft cabin, making this an en-suite. The aft cabin consists of a very large 'super king' double island berth and has two very large hanging lockers; there are also a number of storage cupboards surrounding the double berth. On the starboard side of the aft cabin is a shower compartment; this also has a sink with hot & cold water and storage space underneath.

A companionway leads from the saloon up on to the aft cockpit area and helm position; the helm position consists of full engine instrumentation. This is a very large open plan cockpit area with two seating arrangements aft of the boat which are ideal for entertaining.

An opportunity to acquire this versatile 1180S model from the Dutch De Steven yard 'Heron Island', built 2001 commissioned 2002. She is an excellent example fitted with the flexible 6 cyl Perkins Sabre 135 and built to RCD Cat B. 

Sleeping 6 in two separate cabins (inc saloon conversion) her size belies her volume and accommodation.  Heating and air conditioning. Electric arch operation, generator and many more sensible options.
