A good opportunity to acquire a 1990 Canal Craft 60' Narrow Boat with a very recent survey and hull repaint. New anodes fitted August 2022.
Capricorn has a very sound hull and the interior has been laid out with ease of maintenance and change of use in mind
The interior is now looking a little tired, but it is all modular and can easily be removed for replacement or refurbishment.

Capricorn is located on a very desirable leisure mooring (strictly non residential) at Harleyford Marina, Marlow, which can be taken on by further negotiation if required.
Shepperton Mooring Offer
We are pleased to be able to offer discounted moorings for the first year at Shepperton Marina for all boats purchased through our Boat Showrooms brokerage office.
For this boat, an annual (non-residential) mooring if paid in advance would be £7061.77 including VAT and the discount.
Power (240v) is via a pre-payment card for the electric pod if required.

Speed and engine controls on LHS
General power fuse boards for 12/24 V DC and 240V AC from landline or inverter.
Sectioned engine cover gives access to engine, transmission and battery bank. Free space could be used for pets / washing machine / w.h.y. Hooks on RHS for wet weather gear. Folding carriage steps ive access to cabin roof and boat can be controlled from someone seated on the hatch sides.
Stair down to cabin area –
LHS has smaller pumpout loo with wash hand basin, mirrored cupboard and a smaller cupboard (concealing the pumpout pipes. Vent with electric fan in the ceiling.
RHS domestic size pressurised twin coil calorifier with shelves and vent above.
General storage cupboard with new (2021) freshwater pump and accumulator below (access via separate vented panel)

LHS Multi-fuelstove set at an angle to better spread the heat and make loading / cleaning easier .L- shaped dinette (seats 5 +) with storage below and 2 drawers. Converts into large double berth with bookshelf and reading lamps, DAB radio above.
RHS. More adjustable shelving. 23” Samsung TV mounted on flexible arm. Humax Satellite recorder. (Sat dish and TV aerial are in bed boxes). A third box with cushion seats is available to complete the fifth berth if needed.
Side hatch - there is a Perspex window in the corridor which can be inserted when it rains.
Bathroom 6ft 4ins.
LHS medium sized fibreglass bath doubles as a shower tray. The pump is controlled by a switch in the light assembly above as is a fan. There are hooks above the bath to dry any washing. The drain pump has a filter that needs periodic cleaning – accessible through a panel towards the front of the bath. There is a shaver socket inside the cupboard over the loo.
Note: with careful planning of hoses, both pumpout tanks can be emptied using one token on EA and CRT facilities – but you need to prepare hose receptacles / objects on the roof / pipes / boat positioning before you insert the card / tokens.
There is a door in the corridor at either end of the bathroom for privacy quietness
Main bedroom 10ft 6ins.
The bed is a standard double with two 4’6” handmade sprung mattresses. The head end has an extension so that you can sit up with a morning cup of tea without banging you head on the book / light assembly above.The bed width can be changed (remove the pin in the frame) and slide the drawer unit out / in.There are four ‘blanket sized’ drawers in the base unit – with further storage behind the bed accessible from the front.
There’s a wardrobe – more strictly a cupboard as it has shelves rather than hangers. These in concert with the other units are adjustable. Two small CoDs – 4 drawers plus a ticket drawer are at the foot of the bed.
A hinged box doubles as a step down to the cabin and a shoe box. Behind it is a plate concealing the electro-galvanised water tank. To the RHS of this is a home-made sight gauge for the tank and to either side toward the hull are two taps to isolate the tank.
Front deck and bow 7ft 6ins.
Access is via double doors – the top half being glazed
This is larger than normal as four can sit in reasonable comfort.
Up to three 13Kg gas bottles can be stored in the bow locker
