With respect for the work of the old carpenters, the battered wooden hull from 1834 was restored. A job that demanded the utmost from our skilled carpenters. The end result was a robust, spacious sloop. After the hull was made smooth and tight, it was shipped to our polyester supplier elsewhere in the Netherlands. A mould was made there in a professional way. This mould is used for the manufacture of the extremely strong, low maintenance polyester hull of the Enkhuizen 780.
Characteristics of the Enkhuizensloep include the high level of finish, the use of honest materials, the high safety standard and the personal contact.
All Enkhuizen sloops, including the Enkhuizen 780, are built entirely according to the wishes and personal taste of the customer. At the shipyard in Enkhuizen, we can show you that we go very far in this regard, so that we have been able to realize almost every wish of the customer so far.
An Enkhuizen sloop is therefore not just a sloop, but your sloop.
