Our team certainly did not have an easy task. The new model not only had to be easy to build, but of course also had to achieve the high quality with which the Enkhuizen sloops have become known. "Some wishes are difficult to combine," says the team about this design assignment. "Enkhuizen sloops can withstand a lot of wind, so they remain easy to steer and safe. This requires a certain hull shape and a sophisticated underwater hull. In addition, our customers want a spacious and comfortable interior that is equipped with all modern conveniences. To combine all those wishes sometimes requires some creativity," he says with a sense of understatement.
