1973 Broom 35 European for sale. The Broom 35 European is a popular well known vessel and is equally at home at sea or on inland waters. The aft cabin has her own heads and the boat will sleep 6. She has been kept at Shepperton on the Thames by the present and previous owner and at Harleyford Marina, Marlow for 19 years prior to that. The present owner has made many improvements in recent times..

 

 

 

Accommodations

Sleeps 6 in 3 separate cabins.


Forward Cabin is light and spacious with two single berths and ample storage including a hanging locker. The cabin will also double as a dinning area with the saloon table. There are two reading lamps and both 12V and 240V sockets.


Heads to the port side incorporating a Jabsco manual toilet with diverter valve between holding tank and sea. There is a large sink with hot and cold taps, shave point, storage and a mirror.

 

To starboard opposite the heads you will find the full galley. The galley has a 2 burner hob, grill and oven and large Isotherm fridge with freezer section. the worktop includes a sink with hot and cold taps.


3 steps up to the saloon with two side doors both port and starboard sides. The inside helm position is found to port with full instrumentation. The L shaped seat on the starboard side  will pull out to make into a double berth. There are cupboards/drink cabinets on the opposite port side and a drop leaf table for dining.

7 steps up to the cockpit and 3 down to the aft cabin.

 

The aft cabin is again spacious has two single berths and an en suite heads with shower. The heads has a Jabsco manual sea toilet with diverter valve to holding tank or sea and a large sink with hot and cold taps, shave point and mirror. The aft cabin benefits from a large locker to port, hanging locker and dressing table with mirror.

 

The cockpit has the upper helm position to port with full engine instrumentation and controls. There are four boxed seats in the cockpit two on the starboard side and two aft, a stainless steel hinged radar mast with white canopy gives cover from the elements.

 

Access to the fore deck is via wide side decks and the transom has a full length ladder.
