ACCOMMODATION

Deck Design - The aft deck is practical, safe and well planned. It is easily accessed from the full width bathing platform via a set of steps that are fully moulded Hull Design and Construction Designed by Andrew Wolstenholme to give excellent handling qualities,the 35 is produced for cruising offshore or on inland waterways. The mouldings are manufactured by Aquafibre, ensuring excellent quality and durability with isopthalic gel coat and resins, backed with powder bound glass mat to reduce the risk of osmosis. 

Aft Master Cabin - The aft cabin is a Broom speciality, and the 35 is no exception. There is a large double berth, spacious wardrobes, ample drawer space, and full headroom. There is plenty of light from opening windows and an escape hatch to meet European safety standards. integrated into the transom moulding.

There is ample seating on the aft deck with the helm position located to starboard. Storage is provided on deck by means of lockers under the aft deck seating. The overall design provides wide side decks with well located grabrails and substantial guardrails, which make for safe and secure work on deck. The deck edge fender is finished in stainless steel with rubber insert. - Console and Instrument Panel - A simple two-tier gauge console makes for ease of monitoring engine and systems status. There is a chart table and clear cover to port of the helm position. The helm and navigator seats are well protected from the elements by a large curved windscreen.

Forward cabin with V berths and plenty of cupboard storage space. Heads to port side with manual sea toliet, sink, shower and shaver point. 

Galley - The galley is an essential component of any serious cruising craft, and Broom has created a stylish and ergonomic space. Standard galley equipment includes a large sink, three-burner hob, oven, electric refrigerator, hot water provided by a calorifier or immersion, and plenty of cupboard and locker space. 

Deck Saloon - The capacious deck saloon is accessed by either steps' from the aft deck or through the port side sliding door. There is a large 'U' shaped settee to starboard, designed to provide very comfortable seating and an occasional extra berth. Opposite the settee is an attractive sideboard with cabinets and provision for a T.V. The saloon has all round, toughened tinted glass windows in aluminium frames, which provides plenty of light and makes for a comfortable living area.

Aft Cabin En-Suite Toilet Complete with electric sea toilet, moulded washbasin and vanity unit with cupboard and mirror, 240 volt shaver point, towel ring, toothbrush/glass holder and toilet paper holder. There is an opening window and fixed ventilation. The shower is separate within the compartment with hot and cold water, shower curtain and sump drainage. 

Instrumentation - Full instrumentation with auto alarm sytems, water, temperature and oil pressure gauges, engine hour meters, compass, speed and distance recorder, depth sounder, Stern & bowthruster controls. Morse twin lever controls for gear-change and speed control. Engine and batteries are 12 volt system. A 240 volt ring main is installed for connection to shore supply when ordinary domestic equipment can be used. All 240 volt and 12 volt circuits are protected by circuit breakers.
