This is a large space with large smoked glass sliding windows to port and stbd with three double glazed windows forward, two of which are opening, all fitted with electric windscreen wipers, all providing panoramic views. All windows have fitted retractable energy saving and noise deadening “Duette” Blinds in Antique Gold .
To Port is the steering consul housing ELECTRONIC Gear and throttle engine controls. Dual speed Bow/Stern Thrust Joysticks, Speed, Depth, Rudder Ind, and navigation control. The battery management system and Generator control together with Fresh water level gauge, engine RPM, oil ,water and charging gauges. A hand held control module allows any of the electronic/hydraulic controls to be operated remotely. The hydraulic steering and electrical circuits together with battery master switches and Hot water Boiler switch are mounted within this housing via the hinged lid.
Mounted on side of the steering consul is the Saloon and galley Multi function lighting switches. Webasto Heating control and 220v socket.
At the steering position is a Helmsman Adjustable chair upholstered in Antique Gold Alcantara. The steering wheel is a 60 cm “Stazo” Mahogany fitted to Hydraulic Steering System
All along the Port side are a range of cupboards with doors and drawers providing extensive storage. In the centre of this is a large pull out table
In the cupboard under this table will be found the domestic Stereo Radio system. (4 speaker)
There is a freestanding bucket style chair upholstered in Antique Gold Alcantara.
To starboard is a large L shaped seating area also upholstered in Antique Gold Alcantara.
This can be formed into a double berth with large storage drawers under.
There is a free-standing large oval table with inlay and storage under. In the saloon ceiling is a large electric sunroof with built in sun and mosquito blinds. The TV/DVD set is mounted on a swivel mount on the Port side aft.
The saloon is separated from the aft deck by mahogany full width half glazed bi-fold doors with full length Antique Gold curtains.
The owners enclosed stateroom will be found right forward finished in Mahogany. Fitted with an island Queen berth with small step and lighting either side with bedside shelves, reading lights, book rack, domestic radio/CD , mirror, ventilation/escape hatch fitted with both sun blind & mosquito screen. Sealed portholes with black out boards port & std (low level) Opening Port lights with blinds and detachable mosquito inserts (high level). Large Storage Drawers under berth, Hanging locker to port, shelved cupboard to starboard. 220v Socket’s Recessed ceiling lights & ribbon lighting, carpet & curtains, fire alarm.
Located to starboard is U shaped, with a Formica worktop fitted with stainless steel 1+1/2 bowl sink unit, Ceramic 4 ring Hob.2 x 220V socket, Integrated Cooker hood venting through deck vents, integrated stainless steel combination microwave /oven /grill. Sliding doors conceal shelving and storage for kitchen equipment.
Below the worktop will be found extensive space/shelves storage behind 2 swing doors, cutlery drawers and built in waste bins. Below the Hob is a Coolmatic 110Ltr Fridge 12/24v , 2Kg fire ext & fire blanket. There are 3 x Hatches in the Mahogany striped flooring giving access to toilet taps, pumps and cables. Two steps lead up into the Main Saloon under one hinged step will be found a useful storage area
On the Port side there is a large Toilet & Shower compartment in high gloss Mahogany finish. Each with Granideck anti-Slip flooring. The oval shaped white (Alape) wash basin with hand mixer tap is installed into the worktop, below which a two door cupboard houses a washing machine.
Next to washer cupboard there is a smaller storage cupboard housing the toilet roll holder, towels ect.
The toilet flush control and the Holding Tank Level Status is mounted adjacent to this cupboard. Above the washbasin, there is a cupboard with glass mirror doors at eye level and a 220v socket.
The fresh water flush Tecma WC is electrically pumped directly into the Holding Tank or overboard via a three way tap. Above the WC are two cupboards for toiletries, opening port lights and blinds. Mosquito inserts stored separately
A large spacious Self Draining teak decked aft cockpit, providing seating to Port and Stb on two upholstered L shaped seats with large drawers under both sides. These can be configured as pull out double berths.
